Guided by trained yoga professionals, who also happen to be therapists, our yoga classes are overflowing with tools to deepen your mind body connection while cultivating inner-kindness and strengthening your appreciation of what makes you...you. Breath, movement, and community are the base from which you will grow a deep understanding of your mind body story.

It’s true she’s not very bendy or has much of a propensity towards athleticism but she makes a pretty good yoga instructor.  Laughter, honesty, and kindness are a few of the things you can expect in her classes as well as a genuine desire to be present with you on your yoga journey.
