Through a combination of yogic breath work, guided meditation, and traditional yoga poses this class you will leave this class feeling present and grounded. Regular practice of these modalities can help regulate your nervous system creating opportunities to de-stress and create mental clarity. Using tools from yoga and mindfulness each week your body, mind, and soul will creatively explore practices based on our yoga core themes of acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion. This class is appropriate for all levels including those new to yoga.
We understand life is full of surprises and you may not always be able to attend a class you sign up for. If you unable to attend class, you can cancel your booking online up to 2 hours before the class starts.
