Group Therapy
at Flourish

Support, skills, and community right where you are.

Being Me is our small-group therapy series designed to help you practice inner-kindness, strengthen emotional awareness, and reconnect with who you are becoming. Through breathwork, reflection, and supportive discussion, you’ll explore your story alongside others who are growing too.

Groups are limited to 10 participants to keep the experience intimate, safe, and personal.

Group Therapy FAQs

Why Group Therapy?

Group therapy offers connection, shared humanity, and perspective. You’ll learn from others’ stories, receive support, practice communication skills, and feel less alone in your journey. Many participants say group helped them feel seen in a way individual therapy never had.

Is It Normal to Feel Nervous?

Absolutely. Vulnerability is courageous. Our therapists create a warm, confidential, and supportive environment to help ease those nerves.

Do I Need to Pay for the Group?

Yes. You may use insurance (we are in-network with BCBS, UCare, Medica, Mayo Medica, TriCare, United Health, Health Partners, Aetna, Preferred One).
If using insurance, you’ll complete one individual therapy session at Flourish to establish care.

Private pay: $520 for the full 8-week series.
Questions? Call us at 507-993-7731 or email flourish@flourish-counseling.com

What If I Already See Another Therapist?

You can still join! If using insurance, we’ll simply schedule one intake session at Flourish to open your chart. You can continue with your current therapist for individual work.

What If I Need to Miss a Session?

Attendance is encouraged, but life happens. Make-up sessions may be available depending on the therapist’s schedule.

Do I Need to Bring Anything?

A notebook is helpful, but not required. We have extras if you forget.

Do I Have to Talk?

Nope. Share as much or as little as you like. Listening counts as participation.

Can I Join More Than Once?

Yes—each round offers new insight and deeper practice.

How Do I Register?

Email Charlotte with your interest, and she will reach out within two business days.
