Allison is a licensed professional clinical counselor and perinatal mental-health specialist who brings more than a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and parents. Her approach is warm, grounded, and rooted in evidence-based care. Allison is founder of Flourish Counseling center and has created a space for clients to feel safe, seen, and supported during seasons of transition, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.

 

Her clinical style is collaborative and empowering. She helps clients explore patterns, build self-trust, and reconnect with what brings meaning and steadiness. Allison is particularly passionate about working with those navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

About Erin

Erin holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University and is currently working under licensure supervision in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Her transition to the mental health field stems from her years of experience working with immigrants and refugees, where she witnessed the profound impacts of trauma and the transformative power of healing. She firmly believes that everyone needs support, particularly during times of personal growth and change.

Outside of work and school, Erin likes to drink too much coffee, walk her dog, and learn the names of the birds in her backyard. Her favorite things are to laugh with her family and play duets on the piano.

About Zoe

Zoe is joining Flourish as a clinical trainee while completing her Master’s in Art Counseling and Art Therapy. Zoe is grounded in values of equity, social justice, and person-centered care, and is committed to creating inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed spaces. She recognizes that traditional talk therapy is not always accessible or effective for everyone, and views art-making as a powerful alternative for expression, self-discovery, and healing. Because art has played a meaningful role in her own healing, Zoe is passionate about integrating art therapy with counseling to foster growth and connection within the community.


Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending time with family and friends, trivia nights, and attending concerts, especially if Lady Gaga is involved. She also loves discovering new music, anything pink, and scary movies.
