Sarah Clarke, MA, LPCC

As a professional consultant at Flourish, Sarah empowers our therapists to enhance their skills, expand their practices, and achieve personal and professional fulfillment. Through her commitment to professional excellence, Sarah continues to shape the mental health landscape by supporting our team in their journey toward fulfilling and successful therapy practices.

Sarah is a lovely human being slowly being driven a little bit crazy by her two small children. She knows way too much about Harry Potter and loves having the house to herself.

 

We are truly honored to have her as part of the Flourish team. She is a bubble of joy who is grounded in honesty and thoughtfulness.

Jill Wagner, MA, LICSW

Jill is a licensed clinical social worker licensed by the MN Board of Social Work and is an approved supervisor by her MN Board of Social Work. She received her master’s degree in social work from Saint Cloud State University in 2015. She works with adults in all stages and changes in life, particularly those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and adjustment. Jill is dedicated to the philosophy of ‘meeting a client where they are at’, meaning getting to know each individual’s personality, needs, and goals in order to assist each person in working towards the life they want to lead. Jill is committed to providing evidenced-based therapeutic support in a respectful and individualized manner that considers the various aspects of well-being including the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational selves.

 

Fun facts about Jill: She is an avid dog lover, enjoys hiking, lives for caramel lattes, likes to uplift and empower women, gobbles up any and all books, and travels to the North Shore at least once a year.

Irene Waletzki, MA, LPCC

yoga director, professional counselor

Irene is a licensed professional clinical counselor licensed by the MN Board of Behavioral Health. She received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Thomas University in May of 2015. She is a 200-hour trained yoga instructor and has also been certified in trauma-informed yoga.

 

She believes in transparency to build trust and in taking a client centered approach to treatment; Irene works alongside her clients to build a plan for healing that best serves the client, while remaining evidence-based and within the scope of her practice.

 

Irene enjoys being outdoors, loves every season equally, and can be found sitting on her stoop in the spring, summer, and fall with a cup of coffee and a good book. Winters are for big blankets and watching the snow fall. Family, friends, and her dogs (not always in that order) are her main priorities. She also is an avid Yogi and CrossFitter.

Natalee Campbell, LPS, LPCC, LADC

Natalee is a licensed professional clinical counselor licensed by the MN Board of Behavioral Health. She received her master’s degree with a focused in Integrated Behavioral Health from University of Minnesota.

Skilled in compassionate treatment of co-occurring disorders and trauma, including EMDR therapy, Natalee has extensive experience with help individuals navigate their mental health story.

Dora is a license clinical social worker licensed by the MN Board of Social work. Dora received her master’s degree in social work from Winona State University in 2022. 

 

Dora believes in building a trusting and safe relationship with her clients and working together towards the life her clients want to lead using evidenced-based, therapeutic support. Dora considers all the various aspects of human well-being including the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational selves. She works with adults in all stages and changes in life.

Dora loves laughing especially with her friends and family. She enjoys a well-written memoir or novel, various crafting and art mediums, making spaces around her calm, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, and eating really good food.​

Juanita Bateman, MA, LPCC, PMH-C

professional counselor 

Juanita is a licensed professional clinical counselor licensed by the MN Board of Behavioral Health. She received a master's degree at Saint Mary's University in 2023. Her diverse experience includes supporting individuals from all walks of life, but her true specialization is in the perinatal period. This is further validated by her certification as a perinatal mental health professional through Postpartum Support International. Her gentle, yet practical approach is inspired by her experiences as a childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and doula.

​

In her practice she incorporates person-centered and cognitive behavioral approaches to foster acceptance and facilitate change. She offers compassion, understanding and a safe space to heal. Juanita believes that individuals can develop insight, tools, and the wisdom within to navigate life's experiences.

Lindsey is committed to providing client-centered care encompassing all aspects of well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational selves. She believes in using empathy, trust, humor, and transparency to build therapeutic relationships and provide evidence-based therapeutic support. Lindsey works with adults in all stages and changes in life.

Kathryn Estes,MA 

clinical trainee 

Kate holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and is currently working under licensure supervision in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She is grounded in a person-centered approach to therapy and believes deeply in the healing power of a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, empathy, and authenticity. She strives to create an inclusive and affirming space where clients of all identities and lived experiences feel supported in developing self-awareness, fostering meaningful change, and embracing their most authentic selves. Her work is guided by a commitment to social justice, equity, and collective liberation. She is dedicated to challenging systems of oppression and honoring the wisdom and resilience of those most impacted by them.

 

Outside of work, Katie enjoys diving into novels (with her cat on her lap), soaking up sunshine, exploring new places, and connecting with friends over good food, tabletop and/or video games, and deep conversations.

Erin Barta,MA Student

clinical trainee 

Erin joins Flourish as a clinical trainee while she completes her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University. Her transition to the mental health field stems from her years of experience working with immigrants and refugees, where she witnessed the profound impacts of trauma and the transformative power of healing. She firmly believes that everyone needs support, particularly during times of personal growth and change. 

Erin is committed to fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to come as they are. She offers whole-person care tailored to the unique circumstances, goals, and well-being of each individual.

She works with adults of all ages, from all walks of life.

​

Outside of work and school, Erin likes to drink too much coffee, walk her dog, and learn the names of the birds in her backyard. Her favorite things are to laugh with her family and play duets on the piano.
