Derrick Loftus, office administrator
Derrick is the backbone of Flourish’s day-to-day operations. He oversees billing, insurance, and human resources, and is often the first person clients and team members connect with when they have questions or need support navigating logistics. Whether it’s understanding insurance, managing accounts, or ensuring systems run smoothly behind the scenes, Derrick brings clarity, consistency, and care to every interaction.

A true jack of all trades, Derrick has a gift for organization and problem-solving. He manages the numbers with precision, fixes just about anything that needs attention, and somehow still finds time to figure out how to hang plants from the ceiling. His steady presence and attention to detail create the structure that allows Flourish to function with ease and integrity.
Derrick’s work is grounded in a genuine commitment to mental health and to the people who make Flourish what it is. He brings a big heart, a thoughtful approach, and a deep sense of responsibility to his role, and we are incredibly grateful to have him as such an essential part of the Flourish team.
